Technical Due Diligence
Our technical due diligence process is designed to help you understand the key aspects of your potential investment without being overley burdensome to the investee.
We will review a company’s technical documents and meet with them to clarify our understanding and address any questions. We will then distil our findings into a user friendly report for use by investors with and without a scientific background.
We offer evaluations at 3 levels of increasing depth suitable for any level of investment. We call them: Light Touch, Focused and Deep Dive.
Light touch
Gives an overview of a company’s technology and any red flags. This is best suited to pre-seed and small seed investment where there is limited budget.
Focused
We can look at any specific concerns you may have. This report is particularly useful if you already have a list of questions you would like investigating. This is our most common report at seed to small series A.
Deep Dive
A full report in which we can be as comprehensive as your budget allows. This is more commonly used for Series A and above.
